AAMA Inc. is searching for 2 full-time LPCs for our Laredo location to work with adults in our outpatient substance abuse program. Clients served are mostly federal probation clients. There are 2 positions. Counseling schedules will depend on client needs and could include evenings and/or weekends. Reporting to the Program Manager, these positions provide individual and group therapy and work collaboratively with other staff in ensuring therapy goals are met. In addition assessment, intake and discharge plans may be a part of the work. AAMA offers a competitive compensation/benefits package and a chance to engage in very meaninful work.

Job Requirements
Experience
Requirements : Licensure in Texas as a professional counselor and demonstrated counseling experience with adult substance abuse clients. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Drug screen and background check required.
Education Required: Licensed as a chemical dependency counselor
