Jobsite.com is a unique new Beta service that takes the hard part out of the hiring process for employers and candidates.
For employers, Jobsite pro-actively finds applicants for jobs advertised on their company website. Jobsite's smart software assesses how well they match the needs of the job and lets the hiring manager know as soon as we find a Hot Match applicant. If the hiring manager wants to interview a Hot Match applicant (or any of the other scored applicants), they pay a small fee; if not it doesn't cost them anything.
For jobseekers, Jobsite searches millions of company websites for job openings (many of which aren't advertised elsewhere). When a candidate applies for a job, Jobsite automatically matches their experience to the opening, and actively promotes them to employers when they are a Hot Match. We keep their personal identifying details confidential until the employer wants to start a conversation with them.
